With Next Gen Mastery, hairdressing students have access to an exclusive training concept from Lyko Professional — developed by the industry's leading trainers and technicians. Led by, among others, Malin Nordkvist, co-owner and hairdressing teacher with 17 years of experience, we focus on your development both as an artisan and an individual. With a passion for color, shape and personal development, we guide you towards master level.

Two full days per trainee during the trainee's employment. The salon chooses which two dates to book in consultation with education leaders.
